A New York City based Software Product Development shop is seeking a 8+ year JAVA/ J2EE Team Lead/ Manager to oversee and lead a team of 10 cross fuctional engineers. This role is mission critical to the overall success and development of the various product lines that the company provides.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of JAVA, J2EE, JDK 1.5, AGILE, JUNIT, SPRING, STRUTS, HIBERNATE, ability to lead/manage a team of cross fuctional engineers and a bachelors degree in computer science or related study.
The pluses for this position include prior experience in working and managing a team of offshore engineers, ability to provide scope for projects and strong project management skills coupled with any prior expereince working in a software development shop.
This role will be managing various Engineers mostly of the JAVA background and needs someone who has the ability todo it all! This position can pay 120-130K depending on experience.
